Ranch Revolution: Wilmington, NC
This extensive remodel and expansion of an existing late-60's ranch house brings the complete interior up-to-date and provides a new master bedroom, screened porch, and garage. The areas of expansion provide newly defined outdoors spaces, further tying the house to its site. This project is currently under construction.

The Only Red House on the Beach: on the boards
The client asked for the existing late-60's beach house to be re-built with minor expansion and newly designed decks. The design concept was to return the house, after several past additions, to its original shape of a two bedroom "box" and a one story living "box." |
