A New Shotgun:  Wilmington, NC
The client asked for a small home (1500 sf) in the historic Carolina Heights neighborhood of Wilmington NC that would house his extensive collection of midcentury modern furniture.  The concept of the house is create a new interpretation of the shotgun bungalow prevalent in the surrounding neighborhood.  The clerestory windows will bring natural light into the dining, kitchen, and living area.  Construction will begin in November 2014.
